Hidden requirements for weapons?

As example the doubleaxe is an exotic weapon (and an orc weapon?). But I cant learn to use the weapon with the exotic perk. Regongar (magnus companion) is an orc and he cant use it too...

Where can I find the additional requirements for the weapons? Is there an option (maybe in a local file) to show the detailed requirements like the options for full spell description?

I think that orc doubleaxe may be bugged. Anyone tried using elven curved blade with an elf?

The elf blade dont worked with Octavia but I dont trained her war weapons perk. But I think its bugged... I cant train the twin blades and I think they are similar to the double axe. Maybe we have today patchday?

i think it's bugged because for example harim cant use a dwarven waraxe either

I also laughed at spiked chain in the description of some feats - but there is no such weapon available in the game!
I wonder if weapons have features like bonuses to disarm, sunder, trip...

The racial traits make it so instead of being exotic, the weapon counts as martial. So, Harrim can't use a dwarven waraxe because he only has simple weapon prof. The issue with Reg seems to be a bug though, since I'm pretty sure Magus have martial weapon prof.

I can at least confirm the elven curved blade works as intended, it is what my MC runs.

For the curved blade is an exotic weapon perk. I am right that you cant use the twin blade on your MC? Or maybe another none race weapon.

If you're an elf, the elven curved blade counts as martial, so as long as your character can use a martial weapon you are good. Fighter, ranger, paladin, magus and barbarian all have martial weapon prof.

I just checked bug reports and someone else mentioned double axe is not working on a half-orc fighter, so that seems to be a bug.
