How Many Artifact shards to complete a set!

Dwarven Helm Pieces, Scorched Amulet Pieces, Bracers, etc. I have effectively collected 10 of one artifact because thats what makes the most sense for it to be complete and yet the story tell still says its incomplete. I don't know if it correlates with the anvil in Harrims companion quest that he destroyed but if it does, then effectively all these artifact pieces are now useless. What does it take to satisfy this old man!

The dwarven helmet consists of 10. If you have ten and still getting incomplete then its a bug.

It definitely doesn't have to do anything with the Anvil I can tell you that. And the amount you need differs from Set to Set, sadly I can't tell you how much you need for the ones you mentioned because I don't have those finished either but I have two other done, the Teldan Horselord(?) set and another one which I forgot. The Teldan one had only 6 parts but the last one was a real fight to get.

So yeah for some you apparently need a ton but for other just a few but in exchange they are rare and/or hard to get.

You need the fragments but you also need an additional set of related quest items.

So for the Trailblazer's helm you need the ten fragments and the apron, brand, gloves, tongs, and hammer.

Well, there's at least 13 leather scraps w/ ancient runes and 8 star metals. Not been looking too hard, but got those numbers :3

That guide is incomplete. I am missing one bracer shard, and the guide doesn't list it.
