Lawbringer armor

does anyone know when dragn finishes the armor? I've retrieved it from kergan but dragn never seems to finish it.

The whole questlines for these guys seems very bugged. Bokken died without producing any elixir, Mimi took my alcohol and hasn't done anything since, and I'm still looking for Dragn's armour pieces. Maybe I shouldn't bother..

..perhaps it finishes based on your chapter progress rather than in-game time spent, to prevent you getting your hands on powerful gear too soon? I hope that's the case. Perhaps Bokken was merely sleeping off his Moon Radish high and wasn't dead when I walked on by..

..must have been one hell of a high though, considering he's just a bleached rib cage in the front yard now. Hmm.

one of the vendors in the capital has a piece, oleg has a piece and durma has a piece if you were wondering. you meet durma in the secluded lodge, right below candlemere.

I've met them all but I guess the piece doesn't spawn until you have the quest, sadly. Which means making the rounds again

In capital, he is in middle of the map doing nothing
Same in my new village.

he does say "it'll take forever" when you turn in the pieces lol
"ugh, that'll be a lot of repairs! it'll take forever!"

at least he doesn't drop dead after completing the quest #alchemyfail

so the quest updated wtihout my noticing any reason, check the quest cuz I had to go get the armor back from bandit who stole it.
After that you must wait for the dwarf to come to the throne room delivering his usual crafted gift and you will have an option to tell him to finish the lawbringer armor instead of crafting something else.

Even so he never seems to complete it, I've completed a couple of acts since getting it back from the bandit, feels like it is still bugged or perhaps requires a new playthrough.

Sooo... where do you actually find the dwarf to turn in the 3 pieces? I remember he hanged around the middle of the capitol (near the Arsinoe) earlier, but now he's gone. Should I visit the town with his workshop? Sorry for the blunt question but I really can't be bothered go through 6 loading screens and find out that he's not in the town :D

You have to go to the town you build his workshop in then talk to him in the town.

According to the developer notes, you need to have a high enough rating in the city stat for that artisan in order for it to finish. I don't know exactly which/what that is, but it was stated as a reason why artisan quests sometimes never seem to finish.

i think its not stat but fully-upgraded artisan building. i can be wrong tho...

you don't get armor for the quest btw, you get a stupid circle shield

Necro post.

At one point in my game, he came and asked my permission to devote his time to the armor and I was able to tell him to make it.

Because of some mess ups, I had to reload a file. Now he keeps asking me the same thing, but the option for him to drop all other orders to focus on the armor isn't there anymore.
