Quest: Green Stone

i have the stone she is looking for but i cant find her. i searched the entire fishing town at the lake but didnt see her. the quest said she should be there.

for me she was in my capital not in the fishing town. a little bit above the merchants

She's at the capital, or at the village YOU create after you claim the Silverstep region, not the area marked Silverstep Village (much like how the dwarf smith is at his villiage and the capital until after you find his grandfather's armor). Some stellar storytelling, that.

I second this. Before i built a village there, she was nowhere to be found. Same for the second part of the quest, the elven absinth, she was also there.

Anybody figured this out? I got it in act iv, remove curse, restoration, neutralize poison, cleanse. None work.
