Cheapest solution to healing without using spell slots is buying cure light wound scrolls from Jhod
"An evil cleric (or a neutral cleric who worships an evil deity) channels negative energy and can choose to deal damage to living creatures or to heal undead creatures."
https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/cleric/#Channel_Energy_Su
So even if you could use channel it would be negative energy only unfortunately. Also you can have charisma and be evil...charisma isn't just about how much people like you. If you're going for an evil cleric your healing options are pretty much limited to cure spells.
A cleric is like a guide for believers of a god/faith
To cast spells don't forget you need a wisdom 10+spell level.
If you want to min/max, you can go with low intelligence. (Maybe not a 5...)
Edit:
And as said by randomz, evil aligned cleric channel negative energy to harm living or cure undead. (Neutral cleric can choose if they channel positive or negative energy at character creation)
You can maybe choose the domain of death, and maybe the negative energy can heal you by level 8.
That's how negative and positive energy work in Pathfinder, period. This is a pretty basic fundamental concept.
Alchemists are a pretty advanced class and I would advise reading up on them especially the archetype here:
