Any place to buy Ropes and Crowbars and other adventuring gear?

I like to have stuff like this on me at all times. I even have a longspear in my inventory in case if I need soemthing that can serve as a pole or a 10 ft stick.

Yes... there is a guy in your capital that sells rope and a crowbar... I bought them thinking that it'd be cool to just have them, cause' they're like adventuring gear (like you are thinking)... but it turns out, both the rope and crowbar can be used in specific situations that happen if you have them on you.
