Same, never seen it. I saw in the patch notes something about "bandits will now properly start conversation" so I'm wondering if they were killed on the map somewhere.
Had "mieschievous fey" from one of my regions, where I had to find a camp of fey, and cause one of my towns is near the border I went there to do some quest. The fey camp was discovered once I was near it (near the troll loc from act I)
But thanks to the time limit :) I'll propably save-scum *cough* to find it...would take weeks otherwise...
If that helps (currently in the undead dungeon and have to search the location as well later on)
This isn't correct information.
The locations pop up when the quest triggers.
Well past the undead cyclops, and after the barbarian horde, you get the ability to 'scout' your zones, and still nothing showing up for this Desna's Path (and haven't found pochers eithers, but didn't really look).
