Scaled Fist - Monk: No Ki Pool

I don't know if this is just a pathfinder thing as I've never played it before, but is it intentional for there not to be a ki pool talent for Scaled fist? I was playing, getting new abilities, and for some reason I couldnt use anything. Other monks I talked to were not having a problem, saying they got Ki Pool at level 3. So I created a new character to see what the differences were, and by golly Scaled Fist never gets Ki Pool, but picks from Ki Pool talents.

Now, is this a bug or is this a game intentional thing for the class archetype?

i think that you have the same problem as i have:

Scaled Fist needs Charisma for his abilities instead of Wisdom (you probably had low/negative CHA value)
