Point Blank Masster for Ranger?

So I was looking forward to not having to deal with AoO (attacks of Opportunity) with my ranger. In game it says the pre-req for Point Blank Master is level 4 Fighter. Should that be?

I was under the impression that rangers could get this skill aswell. If this is correct it's a game changer for me on the ranger class in this game. Would just go Druid or fighter. Please tell me this is a mistake.

Other than alot of learning game mechanic and the difficulty spike I had when I started (custom difficulty) with the AI critting like mad men. I'm loving the game.


*EDIT* : Just saw that I can get it at level 6 as a ranger.
