Why can't I find the Goblin Village?

I've done the Lonely Mill book pop up, and I know where the village is supposed to be on the map. But for whatever reason it won't pop up. Very frustrating as I can't continue with the story.......

Haha well if you figure it out I'd love to hear your solution, because as of now I'm pretty much stuck as far as story progression goes.

Go to Bridge west of mill with quest mark, find some goblins there, they'd pop location up for u.

OMG thank you! I'd already explored that location where the encounter (and I mean the exact location in the instance) was so I no clue I had to go back there.... but it seems to have worked.

I think you need to travel to the lonely mill first. Then once that's done you can find the encounter in the top right portion of the bridge instance.
