Stop Resetting Party Order?

So I'm playing a Rogue, and I prefer to have him in the back of the party. So I always place his portrait at the end of my party. (In the back)

Every time I enter the town and exit, I end up having to adjust my party order, as my character will always be in the front. Is there any way to fix this?

Not currently, as far as I know. Hope they will give us the option to switch around as we feel and actually make the option stick.
