Well choose monk - it has bare chest and cape which is another idiotic decission. Good to hear that not only me has issue with this kind of stupidity.... Backpacks should be option to turn off anyway imho (especially with alchemist - they look like tourist, lol with some cups and frying pan hanging from the backpak its sooo stupid)...

You no longer need a mod for that. Click on the gear icon next to your character model on the inventory screen and it will let you hide helmet and backpacks.

The mod is good for fine tuning it even more though. Hiding cloaks, fur boots, etc.
