Quest bug or i'm dumb?) Lawbringer armor

Hi all. Got to 3 phase throu quest. Saw scene with thief brother selling armor. Then buyer run off and dwarf just stay afk and I cant interact or speak with him and no update on quest and nobody in location. Help!

It is bugged. I have the exact same issue.

i have a different bug entirely, nobody in the capital has the third armor piece( i never even knew there was a cutscene) and im just stuck with two pieces and a uninishable quest

3 pieces at all - 1 at south house of dorma, 2nd got Oleg and last in the capital. Trader who sells build points must have it.

Can you please explain what/where is the "south house of dorma"?

On the map it is called hunting lounge or something with hunting
It is south of your capital.
It is an inn with 1 npc inside

across the river south from your capital on the border of the forest and the fielrd

Btw quests are debuged so they work, at least for me!
