But just out of curiousity..
How did you get to 17 persuasion at lvl 3? Especially without the +4 feat :P
20 Charisma.
Sorcerer.
Serpentine Bloodline.
Viper familiar at lvl 3.
And okay, there is no cap.. but what difficulty can I reasonably expect to have to overcome?
I mean, if there's 2 checks in the entire game that are DC 40 I mean.. not worth it?
But maybe standard lvl 10 DC's are 60 points? I have no idea.
If so, at what levels are they unlocked?
tyvm
Edit: got it level 2 - still wierd that the tower shield fighter had it level 1 without having even skilled persuatsion
Every point you put in it adds a 5% chance it will succeed. Of course if the dc is less then your skill check now you’re not doing anything.
The real question becomes what else are you going to point you skill points into? Why not keep it maxed. Max 3 Stars for each character and let another character deal with the Pena they don’t have.
As for what might be the highest DC, that remains to be seen, but for 20th level play, I could easily see DC 50 checks coming up.
If some skill check is important to you, you basically should always be putting ranks into it.
Thank you. I have no idea, so this is a good benchmark for me then.
