Now, hospitaler or inquisitor...
thanks for explaining, so would that be a better option for a main, if one goes hospitaler? or would it be better as a merc?
But this being a poorly balanced game i would not be surprised if you bump into high lvl clerics/mages spamming instant death spells on your party later on.. so there might be some value to the immunity/save+
IMO if you want more healing, just get a cleric with selective channeling + positive energy channeling. You can even convert cleric battle spells to heals directly via the spell menu (Spontaneous Casting rule), paladins cant do that.
For the video game tho? I would take hospitaler as main char (if i must use this class) as nothing sucks more than instant game over from a death spell.
If you're bringing a cleric, take a normal paladin (or Inquisitor)
