Arcane bond dose not show up anywhere?

SO where is it?

I read on this post that it should be an option on the spell selection list. I have looked on all three tabs for spells, abilities, and item slots and it is no where.

There should be an arrow next to all your spells, click that.

I've noticed I can't find mine on my sorcerer but with characters that memorize their spells it always seems to be there.

Yeah, the way it's supposed to work is that every spell on your Action Bar Spellbook has a little up arrow on it, and clicking on that brings up the Arcane Bond option. If it's not working on spontaneous casters it may be a bug.
