Stuck in Abandoned Keep

So went to check out the new location of the bloom portal on candlemere and I find you know who...I went to next location because it was on the way to Grasslands and 6 Bears camp. So I end up in Abondoned Keep and have some tough fights. I spent time clearing out everything there is to clear out, I get to a locked door with no key and No way out of the Keep. Ok after reading forums I understand that door opens later, but why allow me to enter a location that I cannot progress in and no way out?

Main door should unlock after you kill the defaced sister

And she is where, behind the locked door that I don't have a key for or somewhere outside the keep that I can't get out from? I see no fix on this issue and I will not be playing until it's fixed. I spent too much time running around this Keep to load an old save. Back tgo trying to finish PoE until devs decide to give me a key or open the door so I can get out.

Did anyone figure this out and if you did can you explain to me how this dungeon is SUPPOSED to go?

I get no dialogue or quest update or lore book throughout the whole thing, kill the defaced sister and dont get any kind of update or notification and the door is still locked
