Claim North Narlmarches

So I am still currently trying to work out how to claim the North Marlmarches as I appear to have seen every node in it and have got to a point in the game where I have killed armag and I still don't have the ability to unlock that zone... Is there something obvious I am missing?

Its not completly sure, when you can get them, but in some areas its story-driven. If you have explored everything, then maybe there is some quest left, which comes later and which you have to finish, before you can then later claim this area via a project. I mean, i have explored everything in the area of Vordecai and still this area does give me not a hint, when i can get it.

In other areas its easier and faster. I explored silverstep and Kameland quite early. And after having solved a certain quest, i got both areas at once as a project.

And in case of Glenebon i got the area as project long time, before i had explored everything there, quite after i dealt with armag.

North Narlmarches seems to become claimable when you've expanded your barony's stats enough. Kamelands unlocked fore me first, then North Narlmarches.

for me, it unlocked after I upgraded 3 kingdom stats to rank 3

you have to have your community stat to rank 3, as soon as i did this i could take it
