first one starts then next one comes before the first is complete, seems like i get up to 5-6 of these things..the "complete by date" changes, but at some point you get to a point when there 10 days left in the month and another event pops up and has until the 1st to complete it by and it take 28 days to complete it!!
KINGDON FAIL EVERYTIME< ive reloaded more time than i cant recall atm. and it still fails no matter what i do, so wtf is going on here??? am i missing some info on this or what?

You need to resolve the root of the problems -- specifically, you need to help the barbarians located at the camp far to the east of the map with their problem. This is part of the Varnhold vanishing quest, which is a main quest that needs to be completed in a timely manner or you lose the game.

aha! thanks!! , game is kind of vague in pointing things like that out, i make sure i read everything, but somehow i missed that bit of info

Yes this happens if you got the varnhold vanishing quest (even it has no direct timer it forced you to solve it) an waited to long to solve it, more and more events pop up until you can not handle it any more, same with most other main quest, wait to long and get more and more problems.
