Hand xbow and repeaters?

I've seen queries about other weapons' existence but not these. Are there any hand crossbows, light repeating crossbows, or heavy repeating crossbows in game? There are feats available for them.

I've had one hand crossbow drop. It was a +1. Have not seen any more anywhere. Also, apparently, they're neither Military nor Exotic. Rogues are the only ones who have proficiency in them )

They are special weapons. Outside of rogue with hand crossbow I don't even know how to get the feat to use them effectively. Other versions consider them exotic.

Well feats for weapons are mostly made "just in case". Repeating crossbow won't make much sense because the whole "reload" mechanics doe snot exist here

The harder and longer I look I find that much of the text in the game is just that. Text. Many of the things that are more than text either do half what it says or none of it or there's no text but it happens anyhow.
