And once you add these spells, add them to the NPC mage AI so you end up with the epic mage battles from BG2.
Each option should have buildings that can only be built in that specific kingdom type, pretty much like the alignment-restricted buildings now. Different types of kingdom would require different stats to be raised.
Truth be told, none of the PrCs in Pathfinder have ever really grabbed my attention, beyond the flavour for them. Between how many base classes and archetypes are in the tabletop game these days - and the stuff Paizo did to incentivise people to take a base class right through to 20 - I just haven't seen the point.
