How to open door in second floor?

Says the key will be in a dungeon, in a lake were two rivers meet, yet I've walked the map and can't seem to figure out were that would be.

First you have to kill as many monsters as there are braziers in the room, once every brazier has lit up you can go to the well of your capital and the key should be there.
Don't ask me what monsters you have to kill since I've no idea

It should be just above Nok Nok's position on the left side of the map. There's a small area where the well lies

Wait for the event to pop up saying that somethong strange is going on with the well. Then you can enter it like any other location.

Ok, found the well but it just says something about a tingling in my head. Im pretty sure i've cleared the whole Lonely Barron area.

It does not matter, when you get kingdom event you will be able to enter the well, and get the quest.
