I haven't found any good Kukri's since the goblin fort, but a pair of +1, +1d6 fire/cold (one each) and Keen on both is good enough for my Rogue. I've found several "better" daggers since then, but I'm still using the kukris anyway. Anyway both Dagger and Kukri knife rogues are viable, it's hard to say which is actually better in the long run.
Not a weapon, but there's an amazing monk robe for LG monks only in the barbarian tomb (there's also an evil version somewhere else with damage instead of armor). Somewhere there's also an Agile fist+3 amulet, granting both dex-damage boosts and +3 attack/damage on the same item. There are also gloves with damage boosts that stack. Point is that Unarmed Monks are very well catered to.
I have yet to find a particularly good Falchion or Falcata. If they existed, they would be two of the best candidates for strength-crit builds outside of the above mentioned scimitar. Unfortunately aside from the raw +4 falchion and a rather average early-mid game Falcata I haven't found anything of note there.
Bastard Swords make a great showing, probably because Amiri exists. If you kill Armog you can take his sword, which is an oversized (2 handed) +5 bastard sword with a whole slew of bonuses. It comes with a massive drawback that can cause the wielder to attack allies though, so be careful with that. There's also a normal-sized unique +5 bastard sword if you complete "The Ravenous Queen" sidequest. Very nice, too bad Bastard Swords are kind of awful at a base level.
I found one unique +5 Orc Double Axe late in the game. Nothing else for the rest of the game so it's not really a weapon I'd recommend specializing in, but it's an option.
Lots of Rapiers, Estocs, and Dualing Swords around the early-mid game. Can't say I've found anything truly exceptional in any of those categories, but if you choose any of those as your main weapon you won't go without.
Longsword has a pathetic showing. In spite of being what one would expect to be the most ubiquitous weapon in the setting, I haven't found ANY notable longswords, aside from the +1 cold iron longsword that's one of the earliest cold iron weapons you can reliably get.
In terms of ranged weapons, there are some moderate +1-with-bonus weapons for both Longbows and Heavy Crossbows, but nothing exceptional. I haven't found any noteworthy Light Crossbows. I did find one Shortbow that looked interesting, but I wouldn't really recommend that as a weapon class.
Also hilarious on Reg for about 10 rounds each day, due to grow claws. And the call lightning procs both his bloodline buff and the buff from the cape he gets from his quest.
There are at least 2 really decent daggers(some might be from artisans). Also, there's a decent kukri hidden in the Shrine of Lamashtu
The Tulip frequently brings falcatas and fauchards, along with sais and kamas. Some of them are fairly good.
Well, there's the Rageclaw.
The Devourer of Metal is a composite longbow that can be found fairly early and is basically a ranged Amiri's sword with +2d6 acid damage on top.
First level of troll lair, near the western stair down, there's a room with a trapped secret floor panel. The bow is there.
