Why my quicken spell doesn't get "quicken"
I'm a new player.
I learn quicken spell metamagic for on my Lv.3 magus Ragongar, imagining I can hit 3 times with two touch casts and spell combat in a turn. But none of the quicken spell I write count as swift actions, but instead remain as standard action spell
Any guess why's that?

You need to go to the spell book screen (even for instantaneous casters such as Magus, Sorcerer etc..), then you have to apply the metamagic feat(s) to the desired spell and write it back in your spell book.

The corresponding spell will have its level raised accordingly. In other words, you won't be able as a Lv. 3 toon to use any "quickened" spell, as this feat adds +4 level to the normal spell level (a level 1 spell becomes level 5 ...).

Look for the starred tab at the bottom end of the spell-book interface, for future uses.

A Magus would probably be better off using a Quicken rod instead of taking the actual Metamagic Feat. You'll probably find at least one such rod before you could use Quicken Metamagic yourself.

Rods are items you activate to apply Metamagic to your next spell cast.

I knew it would be raised to a lv 5 spell after quicked, but Rogongar has Chrisma 16, which should allow him to cast up to lv6 spells as I could understand from the tooltip.
On the other hand, the spell that I create in "metamagic" manu and wrote in to that starred tab shows to be lv 1 . I suppose there's a requirement on level to even properly create a metamagic spell.

In any case, since I just hit that notorious Smoulderburn event which overwrote my only autosave slot, I guess I'll just give up building that poor half-orc until his level permits use of quicken spells

Magus get a class feat that lets them quicken 3x/day, which is what I use (and rods).
You can even use multiple of those feats (empower, maximize, quicken) on the same spell.
(In real time you need to let 1 frame pass after activating to active the next one on the same spell, so pause click unpause pause click)

Sounds like there is a slight misunderstanding on what is needed. You must be level 10 to get ACCESS to level 5 spells and you must have Charisma 16 to be ABLE to cast level 5 spells.

So at this point you are able to but have not yet reached a level where you have access.

Edit: forgot Magus is half caster with delayed progression. Point still that Ch stat is about ability, not access

or

=> you need to be LEVEL 13 before having a lvl5 slot where you could assign a level one spell with the quicken metamagic feat.

But , outside of True Strike, it is seriously useless most of the time to use the quicken metamagic feat on a spell for a magus (metamagic rod are obviously ok)

Magus being half caster, gets maximum spell levels of level 6. He will only be able to quicken level 2 spells. (Wizards, sorcerers, clerics and druids, full casters, get to spell level 9, so they have more options.)

Like bards, their spell progression is delayed compared to a sorcerer (level 5 spells at Character level 13, level 6 spells at Character level 16)

Quicken metamagic is not a good option for magus, at least at low level. You can talk to Anoriel eight eyes at Oleg's and respec it.

Quicken is useless on an Eldritch Scion anyway, since spontaneous casters require 1 round+cast-time to apply metamagics, even quicken.

Stuff that applies metamagics for you (such as a rod of Metamagic or certain class features) will work, but personally modified spells will not.
