In unmodded Kingmaker, It’s a small amount of damage that you need a full attack for and will frequently miss in early levels and be swallowed by enemy damage reduction in later levels. If she has sneak attack though, or if you just have a rage power to burn, it’s still extra damage when it lands. There’s also a special cloak available in chapter 2 which adds cold damage and a free trip attempt to any bite attack. I also believe if your main weapon has elemental damage, it also adds to natural attacks but someone else can confirm.

I wouldn't take it. Standart strategy is to use Enlarge or/and reach weapon, but bite attack will move you next to enemy, this only means it is easier for enemies to hit Amiri, and it could provoke Attack of Opportunity.

no because Amiri works best with a two hander weapon and abuse of enlarge and the like

It shouldn't provoke if you charge at them, then on the next round five foot step and full attack them.
