Headband of Vast Intelligence
I currently have a 10 INT as a Cleric, would a +2 headband give me 12 INT and therefore 1 additional skill point per level?

You would have 12 INT for sure, but you get (Base INT + INT modifier) skill points per level. I don't know what the base INT for cleric is off the top of my head (it's different for every class, should be listed somewhere in your menu.)

In PnP it's 2 plus INT in this game I think it might be 1 plus INT. So sounds like I need that headband to get 2 pts per level

No, temporary INT bonuses don't give skill points. INT headbands in PnP usually had an associated skill that got a bonus along with it to make up for it though, but the game does not.

That's interesting, I didn't know that. I guess I don't pay much attention to how many skill points each character gets.
