The fight in the Capital

Can anyone please tell me what I have to do to end the fight at Tuskdale ? I've killed every monster, dealt w/ the looters and spoke to every named Character and searched every inch of the area , but I can't enter the Throne room or get access to the regular merchants. Do I have to finish the womb of Lam whatever first ?

For Grimm, yes I did. I decided to skip the throne room and I am now at the womb, but I would like to still know the answer. Hopefully after I am done w/ that Tuskdale will be back to normal. I believe the first time I played I did the womb first then Tuskdale.

If you do the city first, you will only be allowed to exit the city. If you try returning, it will be in the same ravaged state. I guess that's why they do have one of your merchants there. Sell your excess baggage and head to the womb. Once you complete that, you may return to your capital and everything will be back to normal.

You need to talk to Johd.

If you went to the capital after the Womb then Johd will be lying almost dead in front of your throne room entrance. If you went to the capital first then he will be there standing up.

Talk to him, you'll be allowed to enter your throne room and continue.

FYI when I completed the womb quest, I returned to Tuskdale and everything was open as normal. I know the 1st time through I went to the womb of L. and then defended Tuskdale, it looks like Martialis was right, thanks all.
