Quick casting?
I have both metamagic Quicken spell and metamagic Highten spell. How do they work? According to what I've read I should be able to cast 2 spells one with the regular attack and before that a quickened spell casting.

I see a Icon that says swift on it. But it does NOTHING when I click on it. Tried clicking the spell then the icon. Nothing there either.

*sigh*
Not impressed with the game so far.

You have to create the spell in your spellbook. The spells that can be upgraded will have grey dots above their names. Click on metamagic in the lower right corner, drag your spell over to the big square, and then assign properties to it, again by dragging. You can assign a color and border to it, and then click done.

It will appear in your spellbook, but keep in mind that properties add to the level of the spell, so you might have to wait until you are higher level to cast any quickened spells, for instance.

Just to add here. I am in turn based mode. Does that make a difference? If so why? I read somewhere else that there should be a option for quickened spells in the spell book. There is none.

Just to add to the above, once you cast a quickened spell, it works as you described. It is a swift action (meaning it is instantaneous), and then you can cast a standard (3s) or full action (6s) spell in the same round.

I'll have to go back and look again. Cause I didn't see anywhere where I could create a spell.
