How to use Shocking Grasp as a touch spell as a Magus without attacking

I'd rather hit touch AC but I'm a magus holding a weapon so the game things I wanna channel it through my sword instead of my hand.

The upside of delivering touch attacks through normal attacks is that you will keep the spell charged until your weapon hits, so it can never really miss. Later on you can bundle this with abilities that decrease enemy AC or your increase your attack to deal reliably damage to enemies really hard to hit.
