Wish spell from scroll - no inherent bonuses?

Hi All,

just got myself two new wish scrolls - both "level 7" and "level 6" spells (seem to provide different spells for duplication / casting).

However what I'm after are inherent attribute bonuses - they don't seem to show up - any insight on this - or is it as simple as --> scroll versions of the spell will not allow to choose inherent bonuses and the only option is wizard? :)
