Dominate person, Phantasmal killer, Enervation question?
Do these even effect the ai.
Meaby i just get bad rolls but they never seem to work.
Not even on story difficulty.

Yes for at least 2 last ones. Enervate doesn't need to roll anything but to hit against touch AC.

Phantasmal Killer is odd little spell, it is only powerful in specialised Illusionist build.

First spell is a pass/fail, works great like other crowd controls even better cause it adds to your side for awhile.
