You can use the crafting mod to make more wands if that's an issue for you, but recharging wands is not a thing in PnP pathfinder either.

Wands are essentially multi-use scrolls and should be treated as such. Like scrolls, they cast whatever spell it is at the lowest possible level it can be cast, which means damage and save DC's on wands suck unless you're deliberately building into wand-use such as with certain Magus Arcana. Essentially, they're a budget way of buying 10-20 scrolls of whatever spell, without the inventory micromanagement shuffling them into belt slots constantly.

Generally speaking, the only wands worth anything are ones that provide buffs or healing spells (Bless, Cure Wounds, Vanish/Invisibility, ect.), which allow you to save your actual spell slots for things that scale off of level or call for save DCs (Scorching Ray, Fireball, Hold Person, ect.). Offensive or enemy-targeting wands, unless they're a particularly high-level spell or a spell you don't have easy access to, are usually better off being sold outright.
