Decent when you get access to them but I doubt they'll stay that way. It's a shame that they couldn't work something better out for that spell.
The conjuration stuff (+x to attribute) works too.
The bloodline buff (infernal or abyssal, dont remember) works as well.
the summons are "skeletal champions".
its a fairly good summon for its level.
you can select a later version of the spell too, which summons a single stronger undead.
If they arn't going to implement feats that improve animate dead, they should tag it as a summoning spell. And since they don't work I doubt the Inquisitors ability to give summons teamwork feats work either.

It's a fantastic spell, one of the best to spam, relevant almost up to endgame.
