Eldritch archer ranged spellstrike
For normal magus, spellstrike only works for spell's from magus spell list. But in Ranged spellstrike there is nothing saying about magus spell list. So is it possible for eldritch archer to use ranged spellstrike with wizard's or divine magic?

In both cases it should only work for spells memorized in magus spell slots.
However, in game they work for any arcane spell slot.
1 lvl magus /19 wizard will work.
It is clearly a bug not sure if it is going to fixed thou.

Thing I don't really understand about ranged magus though, is that you're not hitting at touch AC, and unlike melee magus, if you miss you lose the spell.. What's the benefits?? Why not just play full caster??

You can .
You dont have to use the spell strike.
You can get full attack with the bow + spell combat against Touch AC in single round.
Just make a lvl 1 eldritch archer and see for yourself that you can shot the bow and cast a cantrip same turn.
1 eldritch archer / 19 wizard gets the bow attacks even manyshots rapid shots etc. and all the casting ability of full wizard in single turn.
Further more he gets no arcane failure for wearing light armor which is clearly another bug.
This is just a single example of how badly they implemented the classes.

Yeah but it thought you cast a spell through the bow. Pretty sure it wasn't touch ac it resolves against? I'll check it out tomorrow

Thats spellstrike if you cast through the bow against normal AC. It is 2nd lvl skill.
1st lvl is spell combat, it lets you get a second attack like two weapon wielding and you can use it to cast spells. You can turn off spellstrike and use spell combat only.
There is no point of delivering spells through melee or bow attack like you said. Unless it is a melee range spell and you want to increase its range with the bow.

Yeah but you're taking the negative 2 to hit on both right? And if you use the other ability you're chancing losing a spell fired through the bow at normal ac? I dunno the Magus slightly confuses me! :(
Ugh nm. You're making sense but I can't delete my comment!

The benefit to using a ranged weapon or melee weapon as part of the spell, is the crit threat. Basically, you can have a Keen Rapier(15-20 threat), allowing your spells to crit 25% of the time(on average). It is an interesting option to have.

If you cast through your bow you get an extra bow attack. At lvl 2 thats not too shaby and your "normal" attack isnt at -2. If you cast the spell without your bow you will get the spell and your bow attack but with a -2. You have to decide for yourself which is better... ;)

Any Dev feedback here? Would be good to know when planning character builds

Another advantage is that you get an arrow for each ray.
This means that while a cantrip deals 1d3, you get an arrow (My magus deals 4d6+10 unbuffed with devourer of metal, without deadly aim, which would transtlate to another +6) as well.
In case of scorching ray, you can get another 3 attacks in with the scorching ray. (assuming it works correctly)

The obvious issue is that the magus has to actually hit the target. If you can stack +attack high enough for him to consistently hit, the damage can be monsterous.
With +4 enhancmenet, you can use brilliant energy (allow you to ignore armor and shield AC bonus), which helps against certain opponents.
