hand axes?

heya, so im trying to get a vivisectionist build going, two handing war axes for roleplay purposes. Is there a decent choise of hand axes throughout the game or will i have to rely mostly on getting lucky with the blacksmith?

Still new to playing, but I only saw a plus 1 cold iron hand axe in your capital starting at chapter 2.

I'm around level 8 now, and haven't seen anything interesting either (wanted a similar build, that's why I paid attention :) ), but it's also only my first playthrough. Greataxes and other two-handers though,plenty of options, but that won't help you.
