What does Freedom of Movement effect block?
Is there a full list of effects that "Freedom of Movement" (from spell or item) state prevents in this game (not in the tabletop system - that's apparently "at DM's discretion)?

Prevent any other effects from blocking your movement, e.g:
- Web
- Tar Pool
- Tanglefoot Bomb
- Obsidian Flow
- Mimic Ooze
- Hold XX
- Cave Fangs Stalactites
- Grasp of the Dead
- The Binding of the Prince (Item)

EDIT: it doesn't immune to Nauseated, "Nauseated creatures are unable to attack, cast spells, concentrate on spells, or do anything else requiring attention. The only action such a character can take is a single move action per turn." In PnP it means the unit loses its standard action, not the move action, so it cannot be negated.

Huh? It tells you when you read what it does?

Sigh. Let's read it, then, shall we?

"This spell enables you or a creature you touch to move and attack normally for the duration of the spell, even under the influence of magic that usually impedes movement, such as paralysis, solid fog, slow, and web. All combat maneuver checks made to grapple the target automatically fail."

Are you saying the words "such as" should be interpreted as "those and only those"? Why does it block Grease, then? Grease is not paralysis, solid fog, slow, web or a grapple.

Or are you saying the words "enable you ... to move and attack normally for the duration" should be interpreted as "block every single effect that negatively affects movement or attacks"? Enter Stinking Cloud; a magic effect that causes Nauseated status, which prevents the character from doing anything (including attacking) other than moving at half speed, yet it is not prevented by Freedom of Movement.

Its too much info. This is all thats needed. Some people want more explained, some people want less explained. We are paying a game that is meant for 14 year olds, as well as engineers. being concise enough for one can be too vague for another, and the opposite (what your experiencing).

It blocks anything that effects movement

"Such as" includes the following, but logically says nothing about anything else. Nothing in the term "such as" is exclusive, just inclusive

All dogs are animals, such as pugs.

Stinking cloud does not prevent you from moving in this game. It does nothing to your characters speed. It says it does not prevent the condition, only that it stops you from being halted from movement. So even if nauseated DID cause you to move at half speed, it would do everything normally BUT the half speed.

Grease causes difficult terrain and prone if failing a check, so it impedes movement. So as per the description of freedom of movement, it's blocked.

You're looking at the wrong part of the sentence because you're trying to parse the rules as though you're a lawyer. Keep in mind that this is translated from a roleplaying game. Circumstances that impede your movement like... attempting to walk through a wall... are not blocked by Freedom. Your character self-imposing his own movement impediment for being afraid is not blocked by Freedom. Freedom of Movement prevents effects that would literally impede your ability to move around normally with the examples given to highlight the interpretation of what "magic that usually impedes movement" would constitute. In other games, you're looking at roots, snares, hamstrings, hampers, difficult terrain, the things that quite literally attempt to halt your body from moving normally. In this RPG, paralysis and restraint effects are also included as the magic is such that you cannot be pinned or bound. You literally have Freedom of Movement as the spell name indicates.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

I wonder if it blocks sleep. It would be difficult to test lol. Are there any encounters that use sleep? I imagine it would block it

nope, Sleeping is another effect that makes a unit prone and helpless.
