Definitely Zen Archer. I actually thought it was in the game till you mentioned it.
Technically the Hell Knight (and Hell Knight Signifier) prestige classes don't require and evil alignment, only any lawful environment, though a large chunk of them tend to be Lawful Evil.
For an actual 'evil paladin' class theres the AntiPaladin. Chaotic Evil by default, but has an archetype that changes that to Lawful Evil and another one that allows any evil alignment.
And on their new game if they add languages then Loremaster prestige class.

I would also like to see some archetype stacking, where legal. Bladebound Kensai would be awesome.
