General Event Choices / Priest of Kurgess will "prohibit alcohol and potions"
In one of the General's Throne Room events, you are forced to choose between three military hirelings: a sorcerer, an Alkenstarian, and a Priest of Kurgess. Does anyone know if there are consequences to this decision? Which one is best?

I was initially leaning towards Kurgess, as they sound like they would be the biggest force multiplier, and I appreciate how based the Priest is. Unfortunately, the Priest says he would prohibit alcohol and potions amongst my soldiers.

Eh wot?

I have no intention of prohibiting alcohol amongst my soldiers, and as per previous throne room events, my kingdom constitution specifically allows soldiers the right to drink potions. Worse still, because we have a Swiss-style conscription system, a prohibition for soldiers would effectively outlaw alchemy and brewing across the entire kingdom, costing me two of my biggest and most important industries on the eve of a war.

What does the priest mean, exactly? If I choose him, will he prohibit alcohol and potions for my entire army? Or will the prohibition simply be in place for members of the Kurgess Korps? I'm fine with monkpriests setting rules amongst their own, but I will not have them setting army-wide policies that will destabilize the kingdom and ruin the game.
