Hit points per level gain when choosing class
I assume Barbarian class gets more hit points per level than a wizard,
Where can I see this information when choosing a class ?

I don't think you can see it in character creation unless you do some math.

Table: Hit Die by Class
Class HD
Alchemist d8
Barbarian d12
Bard d8
Cleric d8
Druid d8
Fighter d10
Inquisitor d8
Kineticist d8
Magus d8
Monk d8
Paladin d10
Ranger d10
Rogue d8
Slayer d10
Sorcerer d6
Wizard d6

Aldori Swordlord d10
Arcane Trickster d6
Dragon Disciple d12
Duelist d10
Eldritch Knight d10
Mystic Theurge d6
Stalwart Defender d12

* Favorite class(class with the most level in it) +1 hp/level

Thanks, why is this information omitted from the character creation ?

Good question.... you can also know the hp of each class if you know the class base attack bonus progression, who i'm pretty sure is also not in character creation.

BAB: HP/level
low: d6
medium: d8
high: d10

Exception are
Barbarian and Stalwart defender high: d12
Dragon disciple medium: d12

Yeah this is basically the most important stats of the character and the information is not there on creation screen. I doubt that many newcomers to CRPG even know how big of an impact BAB has on the character and its not just "bigger chance to hit".

As far as I know, you get always maximum possible hitpoints. (no dice-roll) so just get to the last page with a constitiution of maximum 10 and see what hitpoints the character has. (You don't need to complete the creation.)

And you can also cee the size of the hit-dice in the ingame encycopaedia. Just selcet the class you want information about. (Hm. you have to be in a game for that...)

BTW: what's "BAB"?

Base Attack Bonus (BAB)
Each creature has a base attack bonus and it represents its skill in combat. As a character gains levels or Hit Dice, his base attack bonus improves. When a creature’s base attack bonus reaches +6, +11, or +16, he receives an additional attack in combat when he takes a full-attack action

Base Attack Bonus,
Fighters get +1 each level for example
semi-fighters like clerics get +0.75 each level (if im not mistaken)
Wizards get +0.5 each level
On the surface level, you might think, oh ok, so fighters have higher chance to hit enemies than Wizards at later levels, big deal....no, its not just that:
Once you have 6 BAB ( and later 11, 16), you get another attack per round with reduced chance to hit.
This knowledge is paramount in knowing how to build your character and how to multiclass or whether to multiclass at all (12Fighter / 8Wizard is much more powerful than 11Fighter / 9Wizard, because the former has 4 attacks, the latter has 3, not to mention other factors as feats and saving throws).
The way I see it, they could have displayed all this information in that nifty character sheet where you see when you are getting new feats and various other stuff, its great visualisation of the character in a single screen.

You get max hp+1 at level 1, then average hp+0.5+1 every level thereafter (prestige classes only get average+0.5 though, so effectively 1 step down on hp/level).

Also a note on BAB with multiple classes: the 50% BAB classes lose it every odd level, the 75% BAB classes lose it the first of every 4 levels.
So, if you are a cleric 1/bard 1/druid 1/rogue 1 you would have a BAB of 0 - each class is evaluated independently and they are all 75% BAB so don't increase BAB at level 1.

Yes, I know what the base attack bonus is. I just didn't know the shortcut "BAB" :)

And I found out about the hit-chances with several attacks, while playing the game. Although there are many confusing names for the attacks. The description speaks of "touch on range" for most spells, but the ability is just called "ray". However, at least, there exists a "fire ray"-spell, so this is very confusing. Also: there is "touch"(melee, I know) and "ray"(ranged touch) in the ability-choice for weapon focus. And I still don't know, if the "point blank shot" ("Kernschuss") is counting for ray-attacks (touch on range.), speaking of "ranged attacks get an attack bonus of +1"... (not specialy mentioning weapons or abilities like kinetic shot, just "ranged attacks")

So is the "precission shot" which negates the -4-malus for shooting in melee range, also counting for spells? Since "casting in combat" negates a -4-malus for concentration checks, when casting in melee-range... And "ranged touch" don't change to "touch", when casting in melee as far as I know.

And I have a feeling, that Tristian is somewhat buggy in that case. It seems, he always gets the -4-malus for range-attacking in melee-range, no matter, how far he is from an enemy...

Point Blank and Precise Shot affect physical kinetic blasts.
SRD specifies weapons, dunno if it affects ranged touch spells in game, probably not?
the -4 to hit is if anyone is melee'ing your target...
