Where is Valerie at Oleg’s

I am still in Act one but Valerie joined me from the beginning. I can’t find her anywhere at Olegs. I can talk to all of my other companions but she seems to not be there. I can still bring her along when I’m out adventuring though. Has this happened to anyone else?

Outside on the lower left on the "tower" thing. You have to go up the stairs.

jus to clarify, she's actually inside but up on the battlements in the lower left, walk past where Amiri is smacking the dummy and (if you have her) Jaethal by the shed, go up those stairs... as its on an upper level the "Fog of War" won't clear 'til you go up the stairs.
