Artisan Masterpieces

Bokken: Elixir of Inconceivable ... (potion, +2 permanent to all stats)

Mim: Great Dreamers Smile (ring, +2 luck to attack, damage, saving throws, skill checks, spell penetration, and immunity to curses)

Nazrielle: Perfection (+5 longsword, +2 "inherent" bonus to AC, saving throws, attack rolls, skill checks)

Shaynih'a: Mastery (+5 fauchard, freedom of movement, immunity trip and bull rush, +5 enhancement CMB, deals damage on successful CM)

Tirval: Royal Guardian (+5 studded leather, 15 max dex bonus, +20 hp)

Dragn: Onslaught (+5 mithral plate, +8 ehancement str, +20 movement)

Irlene: Grandmaster's Rod (3x day any level spell Maximized and Empowered and ignores spell resistence and magic immunity)

Sharel: Ambrosial Attire of Arcane Annihilation (robe, +4 attack with rays, +1 damage per die fire, acid, force, cold, electric spells, +4 spell pen)

Kimo: Mirrow Bow (+5 comp longbow, shoots additonal "reflection arrow" for 1d4 + 1/2 str bonus)

Varrask: Obliteration (+5 Vicious Earth Breaker that applies a stacking -2 AC penalty on hit).

I can confirm Mim's masterpiece is right. Also, Varrask's has been bugged for a while, they say they're fixing it in 1.2. It seems to still give you the achievement, even if he never gives you the goods. It's weird.

eta: also technically bokken's elixer gives a +2 inherent bonus to all stats, which ends up giving you a +1 bonus to the modifier.

I've been havin the Varrask issue with a few craftsmen, despite kindom stats being at 8 or higher. I got Irlene and Sharel's items (which I guess is lucky since my main character is a sorcerer), but have a few other crafters saying they're working on it but come back with their normal stuff, inclusing Varrask, Dragn, Tirval, and Bokken.
Bokken's also missing from my world except for visits (not at Otto's or Tradegard), and I can't build teleportation cirlces (but mage towers still allow teleportation). It's very odd. I think part of it might be that I had a save from before the first big patch, the one that introduced teleportation circles.

@TeeQueue, thanks for the info, updated the original post with it.

@roehcai, I definitely wouldn't be surprised that a save from before the patch was still bugged, this was my 2nd run through started after the last patch. A few of them came back with normal items a few times after raising the stat high enough before they brought the actual masterpiece, though.

Got Varrask's Masterpiece! Looks like his bug finally got fixed. Weapon is called Obliteration, a +5 Vicious Earth Breaker that applies a stacking -2 AC penalty on hit.

Eh... special ability is alright, but I'll stick to my trusty Serpent Prince, 18-20(x3) crits too good.

How much time do they need to produce their item?

Bokken has had his supplemental research quest done for months (fought him and he has since delivered things to the capital), and Dragn has said he is working on his masterpiece.

(Does it matter if the Artisan is in a Village and not a Town?)

It doesn't matter if they're in a village or not. The only things that matter are (1) completing their quest and (2) having the kingdom stat associated with them high enough (seems like 8+). Which stat is associated with which artisan I don't know.

These are all artisans you'll find in villages as you create/acquire new ones. Each will have a quest and an associated kingdom stat. Once you've completed their quest and the appropriate kingdom stat is high enough (around 8+, not no idea which stat is associated with which), they will eventually bring you their "masterpiece" creation. Bokken is the guy at Oleg's you mention--once you make the lab for him, go talk to him again, he'll have a quest.

They areamong the things that the artisans themselves will craft alter, Bokken, the alchemist who asks you to build him a lab, is the first artisan you'll meet; there are many others. Visit each new village you found; often you will meet the artisans there.

Oh i've been wondering when you can start making your own kingdom like that, I'm already in like Ch4 in the middle of it I think does that not start till Ch5?

You should definitely be doing this before Ch5. Check the Regions button in Kingdom Management--you have to annex a province, then once that competes Regions will show little flags on the map, click one of them to found a village there.

I'll try and pay attention-- if it is a 8+ check then I'm a ways off anyway. (I think my highest advisor is V atm.) Annoyingly, Dragn is ONLY focusing on his masterpiece now as I told him to do so...
