How do you beat Thorn Ford ?
I currently have a party composed of my main character (a Barbarian), Harrim, Linzi and Amiri, they're all level 2 and I see now way I can beat this place.

I must have tried 10 times while using everything I could including potions, spells and everything I have but there are just too many bandits, either I try to get their leader down and the bowmen destroy me or if I try to get someone to the bowman he'll take forever and get killed before even getting to them.

I fail to see what I should do at that point of the playthrough.

You should have met Remus by that point. Go to the tomb with Tartuccio first and don't dare to fail Persuation check - you'll get 5th companion - usually I choose Valerie. She is a tank. Then go to Thorn Ford and send her first so enemy will focus her (enabled fighting defensively) - should have good enough AC to survive with heals/potions while you mowing them down. Works for me every time on challenging(GG is being simple Magus). Also prebuff and go there fully rested.

I also tried going sneaky but the dialogue scene always shows up leading me to think that it's scripted and that you can't approach in stealth to get the edge and kill a bowman or two during the surprise round.

I already went to tomb and tried to fight Tartuccio right down, he just ran away and I'm still with 4 companions.

As a side note, some encounters in this game could be seen as impossible first (and quite often so), but once you know what you are doing, most of them should be easy to beat. For example. first Bald Hilltop encounter - seemed impossible to me at first. Took half of dozen tries to beat, but now every time i get it, it seems soooo easy, just I because I know what to expect and come prepared.

Well, never actually tried fighting him straight away - always went for Persuation to get a companion. You might want to replay that. Even though you should get all companions after prologue, even prologue without a tank will be difficult. Or make main character a tank. You would need one with at least bit short of 30 AC at level 4

I can't as I enabled the Last Azlanti option. I'm familiars with the Pathfinder's RPG so I don't think that I am doing anything stupid during the fight and on roughly 10 tries I was not even close so I guess I'll have to roam the map in the search of an other companion or something like that.

In my playthrough, I've done Tartuccio quest, as in chasing him and completing everything that follows, after that - there was an option to resolve Thorn Ford without a fight.

Tartuccio quest is long and difficult, but as I remember there won't be fights as unbeatable as Thorn Ford. The hardest fight is the one to save the last companion, but it's separate matter and can be postponed. Actually the hardest part in Tartuccio quest itself is the actual fight in the tomb.

Tbh I can't imagine beating Thorn Ford at all, it's what, ten bandits, with officers, archers and mages?

No where I'm at it's 3 bowmen, 2 melee bandits and the officer (I can't remember her name) who's arguably significantly stronger than any of my characters. Unfortunatly despite having 2 characters with a good Lore (nature) skill I couldn't follow Tartuccio's track so I'm left there wandering. We'll see where I can get.

At low level, the spell daze and grease are king to deal with hard encounter. Have Linzi auto-cast daze by right clicking on the cantrip and cast grease if you have it.

I've been casting this and ear-piercing scream but it wasn't enough. It's ok I'll get back to it later eventually.

Playing this game blind on Last Azlanti is not a good idea, it is 1990s hard not 2020 hard. If you're playing on unfair too, well good luck with that because you're going to need it.

Having said that, you should have gotten the Mesmerising Necklace at Oleg's. Use Color Spray to try to disable some of the bandits. If it stuns them you should be able to kill them with a Coup de Grace. If you gave Linzi Grease when she levelled up you can use that as well. Sleep might work too, but the cast time on it so long you probably won't get it off without being disrupted. Your party doesn't really have any tanking potential, so you're going to have a rough time of the first few levels (which are the hardest part of the game).

I don't remember this fight being particularly hard. Have someone tank the main enemy and then everyone else needs to focus on the archers and kill them quickly.

I usually make at least one new character at Oleg's before leveling up my first time, so that helps.

The first truly difficult fight in the game (IMO) is final one of the chapter.

Hideous laughter spell is a good one to have early doors, along with Grease.
