Ending Lantern King's Curse

I am running no mods or anything. I defeated the foes at all locations accessible by the portals in Chapter 7. I have Natalie Surtova, Jamandi and Dugath back at my camp after defeating several waves of shadow barbarians and hill giants. I cleared Irovotti's ghost, Vordekai's ghost and the Stag Lord's Ghost. The other three locations gave me a green check. Yet, I am currently unable to interact with Natalie Surtova OR Jamandi Aldori. I took a neutral position when asked to support one and insisted on them burying the hatchet. Yet both are in my camp, as well as Dugath, but I can not seem to rid myself of the last portion fo the curse. I cleared Trobold and Lamashtu's shrine. I can not clear the curse or advance in a weakened condition. What can I do?

Every online guide states that talking to one of those two women should lift the curse. Am I screwed because I'm an independent kingdom? I was able to interact with Surtova and Jamandi once, but now they are inaccessible. It doesn't matter if I am in the Ankou world state or the Fairy Dragon world state. Is there a way to get to the northwest corner? Perhaps there are more baddies up there? I don't want to lose 120 hours of game play to this.

It's hard to tell what you are missing but if it was me, i will personally go back to Oleg area first and see if i have miss something. Then check every areas carefully after that.

As for the Swordloard area, if i recall well, there is a Ankou/fairy dragons southwest, the Swordlord group north and Armag or a group of enemies in the northeast section. That's pretty much it... no?

So I did "solve" this one and it IS bugged out. I had a character that I had taken to the first portal, just before the House at the Edge of Time, and I played through the House ASAP, skipping all treasures and optional stuff just to test the scenario with another character who also did the NG thing. In my bugged file, Jamandi is all the way in the Southeast corner. In my first file, my whole team is a built to exploiut the dreadful carnage + thug combo, so all the friendly NPCs ended up everywhere, with Jamandi ending up IN THE EASTERN FOG, rather than where she ended up when I did it with another party. So I definitively KNOW my other file is absolutely bugged. Sigh. Thanks to the the dude who tried to assist.
