Swift Action Usage

How do I know if something a character has is a Swift Action without going through every skill and clicking on it and trying it during a round?

It should say in its description it's a swift action

Would you know of an example? Maybe I just don't have any on my characters.

What characters do you have?? And what level are you?? Not everyone has swift actions

Like lay on hand for example, as a 'self' it's a swift action but as 'other' it's a standard action.

Thanks. I'm only level 3, so maybe I haven't encountered those things yet. I'm pretty sure I haven't seen anything designated as a Swift Action thus far.
