Ways to decrease arcane failure chance for heavy armor wearers?

The feat Arcane Armor Training

You have learned how to cast spells while wearing armor.

Benefit: Reduce the arcane spell failure chance due to the armor you are wearing by 10% for any spells you cast.

Aside from the feat the Magus class has this ability as a progressing class feature.

At 13th level, a magus gains proficiency with heavy armor. A magus can cast magus spells while wearing heavy armor without incurring the normal arcane spell failure chance. Like any other arcane spellcaster, a magus using a shield incurs a chance of arcane spell failure if the spell in question has a somatic component.

There's also a very little reason in wearing heavy armor in this game, but it doesn't relate to the topic.

Perhaps, but I created my MC without knowing that, and he cannot be repurposed into a cloth wearing melee now! ;)

There are mods that allow you to redesign your character from the ground up if you need it. Unless you have a good strategy for being a caster in armour you really are setting yourself up to fail by wearing some.
