How to increase the number of advisors?
SO I have the basic 5 advisors slots but can't figure out how to get the remaining (5)? I believe.

I have talked to the alchemist in Oleg's fort up north but I believe he won't come until I have an alchemist lab which requires a Town. Well I am not sure how to get my village to a town other than having 2-3 other villages I believe/provinces?

I claimed my first province in the north but it won't make a village even though I have hundreds of BP's.

So I can't get him to come to my capital to be an advisor. I

Are most of the advisor positions unlocked by certain quest line? I am really short handed with only 5 and can't complete many of the events.

So what am I missing. My characters are 7th level. and my kingdom is content. Half of my kingdom stats are 15-30 and progressing steadily but the other 5 or so stats that I have no advisors in are still <10 and only going up +1 or +2 a week and falling far behind.

At what point should I have advisors all filled?

I have been reading other peoples demise of going far into the game but not being able to fill advisor slots and missing out on much of the game or their kingdom comes crashing down.

A little bit of in game explanation would be nice. I have had to rely on youtube to figure out a little bit about kingdom management but even those are not great for the few there are.

The Advisers? Well you have to get initial Advisors leveled up a bit. Your Regent unlocks the Minister/Spy position, your High Priest unlocks the Magister position, The Counsillor unlocks the Diplomat excetera, and your General unlocks the Warden.

60 community for diplomat, 60 relations for spies, 60 divine for arcane, 60 military for stability.
