Wildcards worth it?
I am thinking of starting up a new run after completing it the first time and the new character sounded interesting in the intro. Is she worth it and also useful in a party? Is she just a dps mage or she a CC'er?

What does a kineticist do? are they melee or ranged? They just a different type of wizard?

From what I have seen the Kinetic Knights are Melee and the rest are ranged.

so one melee the rest just casters. What kind of spells do they use, CC or Damage? The overall point of this thread is to find out if the DLC is worth getting and the new companion is interesting. I want to know ahead of time if I gonna spend another hundred hours in this game.

I normally play monk and its hard for me to play other classes due to monks ending up so godly. Kineticists are a playable second option for me

Is this a psionics kineticist or simply air elemental magic?

in this game theres the 4 classical elements, air, water, earth and fire, so: many of the more special pathfinder kineticist elements are missing

water can be either actual water or cold, air can be either actual air or electricity, fire can eventually become blue flame, earth can eventually become metal(these last 2 require picking them as ur starter element then investing into it later on), also composite blasts are in the game

Some psionics kineticist deal elemental damage (can be resisted by spell res), while others do pyhsical (slashing, piercing, bludgeoning damage that are not resistable by spell res). Also from what I have seen their Spell like abilities can be resisted by spell res. They are very versatile though and make a good jack of all trades I find. I'm currently doing another playthrough as a kineticist knight that is fairly strong so far

The cool thing with the tiefling sisters really is that you get 2 of them at the same time *wink wink* so you can screw around a bit more *wink wink*

The companion is imo like noknok. Better than just making your own. Very nice backstory as well.

Also the tail really does make everything better.
