Kingdom's factions allies, how obtain them ?

During my first playthrough, I was able as lawfull-good to have the support from Mendev paladins and unlock a special castel for my kingdom. But for my second as lawfull-good this opportunity was not showing up. Idem for my third playthrough as lawfull-neutral.

Each alignment should have his own unique allies, thus I'm wonder, did someone succeeds to ally with them recently?
