Willi amiri die if i don't do hours of rage first?

As title says. I want to ally with Surtova, but do not want amiri to die. Is it possible?

I dont think there is any outcome where amiri dies.

Ah, thank you. I remember someone saying she would if you don't do hours of rage as first quest, months back.

Amiri won't die but her personal quest will fail

I did for last and I completed her quest also, maybe it depends from the previous steps of the quest?

Amiri never dies by story, but she will tell your to shove things in impractical places, and to finish the rest of the game without her if you don't.

Why would doing Hour of Rage second stop you from allying with Surtova? I seem to remember still having both options open. (Plus a third alignment-restricted one.)

I don't know, but last playtrough i did it first and then when i tried to ally with her she basically told me to sod off.

That seems even weirder. As mentioned it is better for her personal quest if you do it first.

I remember doing it second in my ?first? playthrough and failing her personal quest/ her friend died but she would still stick around. Maybe there are some other factors? Like doing the beast hunts with her and/or how you handle the camp?
