Not that it's a good idea but you could use the fire ranger and use splash fire damage to kill him such that he blows up for further aoe, probably not worth it. I don't recall what fire damage he does otherwise.
Aasimar I believe get innate 5 fire resist, they get 5 of 3 different elemental types, maybe cold/fire/lightning.
Obviously an alchemist/grenadier alchemist will have nice aoe fire bombs.
I think scaled first monk can get a dragon breath for fire damage and can get scorching ray for further multi-target fire damage.
Sorceror can get scorching ray, and if you spec for arcane trickster I believe the scorching ray hits will also all get sneak attack damage as well. So arcane trickster of wizard/sorceror can get ranged legerdemain for ranged lockpicking/item grabbing/trap opening.
I think there is a fire option within the new kineticist but they seem overly complex so I havent really played with them yet.
Have you already used a cleric as main tank/main heals already? I'm curious to know how that works.
The eldritch arcana mod adds Oracle, I think there's a fire mystery in there
Aasimar don't get resist fire, but tieflings do. However lorewise the emberkin aasimar have a close tie to fire, so that could work too.
